Happy Wednesday, ladies and gentlemen. We are halfway through the final full week of the month, and things are getting exciting. The World Series is set after the Arizona Diamondbacks went into Philadelphia and upset the Phillies in Games 6 and 7 to punch their ticket to the World Series where they will face the Texas Rangers. The World Series kicks off on Friday, October 27, in Texas. We were also treated to a “Frozen Frenzy” with all 32 NHL teams in action on Tuesday night, the return of the UEFA Champions League, and more college football. In approximately 24 hours, we’ll be adding another week of the NFL season into the mix as well. With all of that being said, let’s check out some headlines.
