The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are currently on a two-game losing streak, and that seems to be wearing on one fan because he had to dig deep to find some form of entertainment on Sunday. Unfortunately for him, it was very illegal.
Florida Man Earl Mitchell Cesario was arrested on Sunday and charged with false impersonation of officials.
According to reports, the 62-year-old Cesario was attempting to arrest people in his pickup truck with red and blue flashing lights. He was also wearing the official police officer uniform… a Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey?
Once he was pulled over in his red GMC Sierra, Cesario admitted to police that he had red and blue lights on his dashboard before he was pulled over, but he claims they were never on.

A witness had a different story.
From the New York Post:
During the investigation, troopers spoke to a male witness who said he was heading north on I-75 when a red GMC Sierra came up from behind and started flashing red and blue lights.
The witness told troopers he believed the red truck may have been an undercover law enforcement vehicle, describing how the driver of the truck motioned for him to pull over before speeding off.
Way to go Cesar.
If you are in that big of a hurry that you need to impersonate a cop to get people to pull over and clear your path, just leave a few minutes earlier and leave the Gronk jersey at home.
