Robert Kraft Gifts Free Tickets To Pats Fan Heckled By Obnoxious Raiders Fan

The New England Patriots fan who was heckled by a Las Vegas Raiders fan after the heartbreaking loss at Allegiant Stadium is being rewarded for keeping his cool.

The fan, Jerry Edmond, could be seen standing in the crowd as an obnoxious woman wearing a Derek Carr jersey got directly in his face and started screaming and taunting him.

Rather than stooping to the woman’s level, Edmond kept his cool.

Edmond took to social media after the video went viral and said it was his first NFL experience. He explained that he did not want to ruin it by retaliating against the woman. He wrote on Twitter, “I’d like to thank everyone for all the kind words. I’m the Patriots fan in the video, my name is Jerry Edmond and that was my first ever NFL game. I didn’t want to ruin my experience by retaliating toward that woman so I kept my cool.”

He was immediately flooded with support and offers for free tickets, but there is one offer that really stands out.

According to TMZ Sports, Patriots owner Robert Kraft personally invited Edmond to this weekend’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals and is hooking him up with free tickets and a VIP experience that includes pregame field passes for player warmups.

Kudos to Edmond for keeping his cool, and hats off to Kraft for the awesome gesture.
