Kareem Hunt’s Father Throws Shade At ‘Scared’ Baker Mayfield

NEW YORK, NY - DECEMBER 4: Baker Mayfield attends the 32nd FN Achievement Awards at IAC Headquarters on December 4, 2018 in New York City.

The Cleveland Browns have more disgruntled player parents than an aggressive Little League coach who doesn’t give everyone a chance to play. With the Odell Beckham Jr. drama behind them, the Browns were ready for a fresh start.

However, more shade at quarterback Baker Mayfield has surfaced. This time by Kareem Hunt’s father.

Hunt’s father, Kareem Hunt Sr., didn’t hold back his words in a Facebook post about the recent performance from Mayfield in the Browns Sunday night loss to Baltimore.

Hunt Sr. shared his opinion on the current state of Mayfield’s play stating, “we see he’s limping he’s scared to throw the ball.”

This isn’t the first time Mayfield’s play has been called out by a teammate’s father this season. Odell Beckham Jr. has since moved on to Los Angeles after his relationship with the Browns came crashing down when his father took to social media to vent about Beckham’s time with the Browns.

The Browns were the darlings of the pre-season, with many picking them to be a Super Bowl dark horse. Now it seems the organization is bursting at the seams with no hope for a successful turnaround this season. The Browns will have an important decision on Mayfield’s future with the franchise this off-season.
