Just when we thought Jay Cutler was set to be a content machine in retirement, the Miami Dolphins go out and convince the man to end his retirement early with a $10 million contract — plus incentives — to start for injured Ryan Tannehill. Obviously a great opportunity for Jay to earn easy money while playing for a coach he’s familiar with, but we can’t help but feel like Kaepernick supporters at the moment (disappointed).
But what’s done is done now. Jay somehow has some positive hype as he heads to Miami and the wifey, Kristin Cavallari, seems excited for his next chapter. She sent him off with a kiss that obviously had to go on IG:

And he’s off…but this time as a dolphin 🐬 so excited for my man on this next journey #MiamiDolphins 📸: Cam Cutler
According to Joe Schad of The Palm Beach post, Kristin was “all for” Jay joining the Dolphins:
“I think she got tired of me around the house,” said Cutler, who was living with his wife in Nashville. “It was a little different. I think she say it from a different lens. And saw what type of opportunity this was. And she was all for it.”
Jay arrives in Miami without much fanfare. Do better, Phins fans.
