Now, before Cavs fans start jumping all over me about LeBron not being skinny & “kiss the ring” talk, it’s not a bad thing that LeBron’s working out like a complete maniac right now on Instagram. He obviously knows that once you hit 34-35, the metabolism drops like a rock and you’ll want to sit on the couch for hours. The guy is obviously pushing his body before the time runs out. He turns 32 in December.
And he’s not even as skinny as he once got in August when people thought The King was killing himself with some extreme diet. This is just working out like a wild beast skinny. Gotta work off those extra pounds from all the yacht food he was eating in June & July.

LeBron told SI in 2014 that Skinny LeBron is built off a very strict diet.
“I had no sugars, no dairy, I had no carbs,” the four-time MVP explained. “All I ate was meat, fish, veggies and fruit. That’s it. For 67 straight days.”
