LaMelo Ball and PUMA are being sued by Big Baller Brand co-founder Alan Foster.
According to a report from TMZ Sports, LaMelo — along with his parents Lavar and Tina Ball — are named in the lawsuit by Foster as he claims he was screwed out of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Foster says that he helped develop LaMelo’s brand and came up with the “MB1” line. He also says PUMA infringed on his trademarks for the Hornets star’s signature shoe, the MB.01.
The Balls and Foster have had their fair share of exchanges in court, with Foster previously suing LaVar Ball for allegedly using Big Baller Brand profits to fund his lifestyle.
Chicago Bulls star Lonzo Ball, meanwhile, previously sued Foster for allegedly stealing more than $1.5 million.
