About five days or so I began to wonder what was up with Tommy Lasorda because we weren’t getting new pics of the legend hammering hot dogs, pasta or a cold beer. Then it was announced last night that Tommy was back at Dodger Stadium. Turns out there were health issues. Tommy turns 90 in September.

Turns out Tommy had been hospitalized earlier in May before the new pacemaker was installed.
It’s always a great day on BC when we can post Lasorda. The old timers around here will never forget the Cooperstown post when he was slamming hot dogs, mozzarella sticks and ice cream. Or the Buffalo Wild Wings post where he’s working on a beer and holding court with the waitresses. So many great Tommy blog memories. Good to see him up and moving.
