The Kansas City Chiefs rolled into Buffalo on Sunday night and punched their ticket to the AFC Championship with a win over the Bills at Highmark Stadium.

After the game, the Bills are accused of some dirty — yet admittedly hilarious — allegations.

Chiefs offensive tackle Donovan Smith took to social media after the game to claim that the Bills turned off the hot water in the Kansas City locker room.

“Damn caught a L and they shut our hot water off… smh it’s all good we got that Dub today,” Smith wrote on X.

Now, it’s very possible that the stadium ran out of hot water because of the freezing temperatures. The area has been pummeled by winter storms, leading to the Bills paying fans $20 an hour to help shovel snow in the stadium.

Jones acknowledged the possibility, saying, “I just know it was hot, then it wasn’t.”

An Eerie County spokesperson said that the allegations were false, and that the lack of water was likely due to high demand in the freezing conditions.

“This is false,” Eerie County Press Secretary Peter Anderson said, via TMZ Sports. “There is no way to turn hot water off on one side or the other. There are two huge hot water tanks which feed both home and away locker rooms.”

What everyone can confirm, however, is that the Bills Mafia did not take the loss well. The fans had been throwing snowballs at Chiefs players throughout the game, and that continued after the final whistle, with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes among the players who had to dodge snowballs on their way off of the field.

With the win, the Chiefs punched their ticket to the AFC Championship, where they will take on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, January 28. Kickoff at M&T Bank Stadium is set for 3:00 p.m. ET on CBS.
