Heisman Trophy Odds 2023: Surprising Favorite Tops List Entering Week 12

The Heisman Trophy race is winding down for the 2023 college football season, and many of the same names have been in the mix all year long.

Washington’s Michael Penix Jr., Bo Nix of Oregon, and Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr. have long been near the top, but there is a new favorite atop the list as we prepare for Week 12 of the season.

Now, conventional wisdom would say LSU star Jaydon Daniels would be near the tope — especially after his Heisman Moment against Florida, recording 372 passing yards, 234 rushing yards, and five total touchdowns.

However, his record-setting performance did not vault him to the top of the list.

Instead, Daniels sits at No. 4 in the Heisman Watch in the eyes of the oddsmakers at +700. Daniels is behind Harrison (+400), Penix (+300), and the new favorite Nix (-125).

Where is your favorite player on the list?
