It may seem hard to believe, but the college football season is now entering Week 10. Only a few more Saturdays of 12-hour couch sessions remain before we have to walk back into the so-called real world. Before we begin planning the end-of-season funeral, let’s focus on the now. Week 10 features a few potentially fun matchups, as well as teams bringing elite looks to the sidelines. Here are the five best uniforms for Week 10.

Northwestern has dealt with a roller coaster of emotions throughout this season. The Wildcats dismissed head coach Pat Fitzgerald back in the summer, and the feeling was that the program would be feeling these repercussions for years. However, the Wildcats are two games from bowl eligibility. On Saturday, Northwestern will meet Iowa at Wrigley Field for a classic Big Ten matchup, and the Wildcats will be bringing a classic look. A simple look that is often forgotten in the world of new is better, and the Wildcats want you to know that a simple look can bring just as much heat.

Speaking of rebuilds, UAB is in the midst of one under first-year head coach Trent Dilfer. The Blazers are 2-6 on the year but haven’t run from stiff competition, including the reigning national champions, the Georgia Bulldogs. UAB meets Flordia Atlantic on Saturday and will be rocking these hideously beautiful neon green babies that you see above.

UNLV looks to have avoided a major mishap in Bobby Petrino leaving the head coaching gig after only being in the position for as long as Rick Pitino takes his dates to an Italian restaurant. The Rebels are 6-2 on the season and still control their conference championship chances with a looming game against Air Force. The Rebs can’t overlook New Mexico this weekend, and nobody will be overlooking them when they step on the field with the grey and scarlet.

SMU has taken the words of Vanilla Ice iteral when he mentioned his”Itty bitty change” when talking about his hit song sampling the music from Queen. The Mustangs are coming into Houston with their own twist on a legendary look. It’s a look that the Houston Cougars are now banned from using, thanks to the NFL. Let’s hand it to Tulsa for delivering one of the best throwbacks of the season. The first time that I saw these bad boys, all I could think about was Peacemaker. However, the Golden Hurricanes aren’t looking for any peace when they welcome Charlotte to town for homecoming. This is the look of the weekend and could be in the running for the look of the year.
