The Taylor Swift frenzy invading the NFL has been… a lot. You can’t watch a Kansas City Chiefs game without seeing cutaways to the pop star sitting in a suite at Arrowhead if she’s in attendance to watch star tight end Travis Kelce take the field.
As it turns out, the nonstop media attention on the Swift-Kelce relationship is also taking a toll on the NFLer’s immediate family.
According to TMZ Sports, Kelce’s family is “overwhelmed” by the constant attention, and even Swift’s “intense” fans, who have been known to go over the top with their love and affection for her.

Our sources tell us the whole family’s been under a microscope since the initial dating rumblings way back in September … and they’ve all been getting blown up nonstop on their personal phones and on social media since Trav and Tay went public as a couple.
One other interesting tidbit relayed to us … Travis’s flesh and blood are a bit startled by Swifties and their intense, to put it mildly, love for her. We’re told their fierce passion actually makes them a little worried for her BF’s safety — even with him being a 6’5″, 250 lb. NFL superstar.
Having cameras in your face non-stop will certainly do that to you. And having your every word and movement dissected by her rabid fan base has to get exhausting.
But Kelce seems to be handling things fine, and his family says that they are ultimately happy that he is happy.
And in the end, if things do go south and turn sour, at least Swifties will get a new album and not just re-recorded projects.
