The Cleveland Browns have parted ways with defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey.
With training camp set to begin, Winfrey is under investigation for allegedly threatening a woman with a gun. The woman also claims that Winfrey assaulted her and stole both of her phones.
“Perrion Winfrey just chased us barefoot out of the nine pointed his [gun] at me and put his hands on me. Stole both of my phones and pulled off,” she wrote on Instagram. “Listen to this sh*t him and Cous are f*cking crazy for no reason. Camera footage is coming.”
She later wrote, “I’m literally scared to go home,” and tagged the Browns with the message “This is what you stand for?!??”
