Lincoln Riley is an excellent college football coach, but a chef USC’s leading man is not.
A couple of years ago, Riley shared a photo of his brisket on Easter, and he was immediately roasted by the internet for how dry the meat looked. Now, fast forward two years, and he is taking his lack of cooking talent to the seas.
The USC head coach took to social media to share a photo of some tuna he cooked up and what a disaster it was.
Now, I know tuna is best when it has a simple sear, but whatever the 39-year-old Riley did to this poor fish is not even close to how it is supposed to be. Talk about overcooked. Not only does the cook of the tuna leave a lot to be desired, but he absolutely butchered it with a lack of knife skills.
Just look at what this poor tuna had to suffer through.

C’mon, man!
And to think wide receivers coach Dennis Simmons trusted that tuna in the hands of Riley. Did he not see the Easter brisket?
Of course, the internet is flaming Riley once again over his missteps in the kitchen.
Let’s just hope he does better on the field than in the kitchen this season.
