NBA Star Miles Bridges Arrested For Felony Domestic Violence

Miles Bridges has been arrested for felony domestic violence.

According to TMZ Sports, the 24-year-old Charlotte Hornets forward, who was set to be a top target when NBA free agency begins on Thursday, was arrested on Wednesday after injuring a woman during an argument that turned physical one day earlier.

The woman contacted the police and required medical attention, but when the police arrived Bridges had already left. The severity of her injuries is unknown.

Bridges turned himself into the Los Angeles Police Department and was later released on $130,000 bail.

The former Michigan State standout was drafted by the Hornets with the No. 12 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. Through his four seasons in the NBA, Bridges has averaged 13.4 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. He was coming off of the best season of his career, but now has serious issues to deal with off of the court.
