Colin Kaepernick will have another opportunity to land an NFL job.
Despite not playing in the league since 2016 and several attempts to make a comeback, Kaepernick continued to insist he was ready to join a team and contribute.
Now, he gets that chance to prove he can still play at a high level thanks to the Las Vegas Raiders.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the 34-year-old Kaepernick has scheduled a workout with the Raiders for later this week.
Colin Kaepernick, who last played football in 2016, the same year he started kneeling during the national anthem to protest racial injustice, is scheduled to work out this week for the Las Vegas Raiders, league sources told ESPN.
