The college football season is back in full swing and the FCS has returned to action this fall after playing in the spring due to the coronavirus-delayed season just months ago. Ahead of the upcoming week, we get a look at how each team stacks up against the competition.

On Monday, the AFCA Coaches Poll for Week 11 was announced and the top three teams in the country remain unchanged.

Sam Houston State hangs on to the No. 1 spot after a 42-28 win over No. 25 Eastern Kentucky. The Bearkats earned 27 of a possible 28 first-place votes. James Madison holds firm at No. 2, while Montana State rounds out the top three and picked up the remaining first-place vote.

This coming week, there is a huge top 10 clash in the FCS when Montana State travels to take on No. 7 Montana — a game that many fans were hoping would catch the attention of ESPN College GameDay.
