Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has issued an apology for getting a little too hammered during the top 10 clash between the Wolverines and Michigan State on October 30.
Nessel says she drank a little too much at the game which led to her eventually being helped out of the stadium in a wheelchair to avoid “puking on her constituents.” That’s a move that you have to respect.
Per Nessel, she enjoyed two strong bloody marys on an empty stomach while tailgating.

Nessel continued her apology with some more light-hearted remarks.
On #RivalryDay we aren’t Republicans or Democrats-just Spartans and Wolverines. 2 of the best universities in America. Both gave it their all today. Congrats @MSU_Football! @RonWeiser @GovWhitmer pic.twitter.com/df8Gf3bFWq

Nessel wasn’t the only one to take an L that day, however, because the Wolverines eventually lost to the Spartans, 37-33.
