Tom Brady is the most hated man in the NFL.
Despite leaving the New England Patriots and finding success with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the change of scenery did nothing to stop fans across the NFL from rooting against the future Hall of Fame quarterback.
BetOnline.ag compiled geo-tracked Twitter data from the start of the season through Sunday night’s return to Foxboro in Week 4. The study analyzed more than 300,000 tweets with negative sentiment such as “Brady sucks,” “I hate Baker Mayfield” and “I hate Aaron Rodgers.”
When it was all said and done, 72 percent of the states had Brady as their most hated player.
Antonio Brown followed closely behind, along with names like Aaron Rodgers, Baker Mayfield, Deshaun Watson, and Jameis Winston.
