With fans finally able to be in attendance this season, football is fully back.  We saw in Week One how much a crowd could change a game like in Kansas City. This discussion always brings a heated debate, but it’s time to rank the NFL’s top 5 most passionate fanbases.

5. Pittsburgh Steelers

Ask anyone that has ever watched a game at a sports bar, and they will tell you a story about a loud, obnoxious Steelers fan who annoyed the entire place. The terrible towel wavers let everyone know when they have arrived and will announce how the Steelers have been the kings of the AFC North since the beginning of time. Pittsburgh is full of passionate fans who are proud of their Steelers.

4. Dallas Cowboys

They’re America’s team, and they won’t waste one second without telling you that. Just like their nickname, the Cowboys haven’t been a relevant Super Bowl contender for quite some time. However, credit is giving to these passionate fans who show up to each road game turning the crowd into a 50/50 split. They love their Cowboys and believe this is their year.

3. Cleveland Browns

The Dawg Pound is a fan base starving to see their team succeed on the field. A bucket list city to watch an NFL game is in Cleveland. The fans are loyal and have seen the worst of the worst on the field, yet they continue to show their support. The times are a-changing in Cleveland as the team is built for a playoff run. The Dawg Pound is ready to witness history.

2. New Orleans Saints

A franchise whose greatest success has come in the millennium, games in New Orleans always seem like a party. With their first home game of 2021 taking from them because of hurricane Ida, Saints fans anxiously await their return to the Superdome.

1. Green Bay Packers

The smallest market in the NFL is also home to the most passionate fanbase in the NFL. A legendary organization that calls itself “Titletown” ranks fifth in most Super Bowl wins in NFL history. The organization is run by the fans and has been a mainstay of dominance in the NFC North. While the organization is currently dealing with an ugly breakup with Hall of Fame QB Aaron Rodgers, the fanbase has plenty of faith that management can plug in another star to lead the franchise.
