Deshaun Watson is being investigated by the FBI, according to his accusers’ attorney Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee represents the women who are accusing the Houston Texans star quarterback of sexual misconduct and says he has been investigated by federal agents on multiple occasions. He revealed the information in an interview with League of Justice.
Because the allegations and alleged incidents took place in multiple states, Buzbee claims that the feds believe they could have jurisdiction over the investigation.
Deshaun Watson’s team, however, is calling nonsense.
Recently, reports surfaced that trade talks for Watson were “heating up” between the Houston Texans and Philadelphia Eagles. Whether that leads to an official deal remains to be seen.
Watson is facing 22 civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct. The 25-year-old All-Pro signal-caller, however, has adamantly denied the allegations against him.
