Dwayne Haskins was allegedly struck by his wife during an altercation in a Las Vegas hotel room which resulted in “substantial injuries,” according to a police report.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback reportedly suffered a “knocked-out tooth” during the incident at the Cosmopolitan, KTNV reports.

Haskins’ wife, Kalabrya Gondrezick-Haskins, reportedly became angry that he had gone to a nightclub with friends without waiting for her. An altercation later began and Haskins was left with a busted lip that required stitches and a missing tooth.

“I want her out of my room,” Haskins reportedly a security officer after the incident, according to KLAS. “She hit me and cut my lip open.”

Authorities said the 24-year-old NFL player “would most certainly require dental work to repair his teeth.”

Kalabrya is due in court next month and is facing a felony charge of battery which constitutes domestic violence with substantial bodily harm.

Haskins and Gondrezick, who played college basketball at Michigan State, reportedly got married in March and were in Las Vegas to celebrate their relationship with friends and family.
