One of Deshaun Watson’s accusers has shared a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she alleges was sent to her by the Houston Texans star quarterback.
There are currently 14 lawsuits that have been filed against Watson and reports that 10 or more additional lawsuits could be on the way. The lawsuits allege multiple instances of sexual misconduct, including one accuser claiming Watson forced her to perform oral sex on him.
Now, one of the accusers has shared the NDA with Houston media outlet KPRC 2.
KPRC 2 legal analyst Brian Wice looked over the NDA and said that it was nothing out of the ordinary for a professional athlete, but that it was also underwhelming.
“If you are an A-list celeb or a top jock, it’s not out of the question for you to want to keep your business off of social media,” Wice said. “Most people might not think it’s common for someone to sign an NDA when they walk into a massage booth, but if you are an A-list celebrity or top athlete you want to make sure that what you do stays off of the 24-hour news cycle.
“With all due respect, it appeared to me that someone merely downloaded a standard non-disclosure agreement off of the internet or maybe they went to NDAs R’ Us. Nothing stands out about this NDA.”

The massage therapist alleged that she asked Watson for a signed copy of the non-disclosure agreement that she signed, but Watson only provided a blank document without any signatures.
Watson’s attorney Rusty Hardin acknowledged the NDA saying Watson “welcomes all the contentions they’re going to make.”
Hardin previously ripped the “circus-like atmosphere” of the coverage surrounding the allegations, while Watson has adamantly denied any wrongdoing.
