While LaVar has been staying silent, Saturday Night Live decided to have Keenan Thompson reprise his impersonation of LaVar on this week’s Weekend Update segment.

During his rookie campaign for the Charlotte Hornets, LaMelo is averaging 15 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 6.1 assists in 17.78 minutes per game. The youngest Ball brother is shooting 43.7 percent from the field and 35 percent from beyond the arc.
