The Indianapolis Colts will have a new starting quarterback to start the 2021-22 NFL regular season.
On Wednesday, January 20, Philip Rivers officially announced his retirement from the NFL which leaves the Colts with a major opening under center entering the offseason.
Of course, the oddsmakers wasted no time getting to work and setting odds for who his replacement could be.
The favorite to take over for Rivers is his current backup, Jacoby Brissett, while Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford follows closely behind as an interesting option.
Other top contenders according to the oddsmakers are Andy Dalton, Jacob Eason, and Brian Hoyer.
