FIU golfer Michelle Rodriguez, now a senior, is back for another year of golf for the Golden Panthers and you know what that means…the FIU Dream Team of Rodriguez, Hannah Leiner and Gabriela Powel are back to tear up Instagram, go pro in building an audience and eventually leave school with huge social media followings. I’ve already addressed Leiner and her growing audience.
Now it’s time to see what Rodriguez is up to with one year left before heading off into the real world where she can finally profit from her 37,400 followers. Maybe do a three-way Fit Tea influencer deal with Leiner and Powel. I’d just do it and see if the NCAA has the balls to even say anything. You know the guys at NCAA HQ are swiping through IG Story looking for the Fit Tea sponsored posts, just waiting to be jerkoffs about athletes trying to make a buck in college.
Rodriguez, a marketing major, played in just one event in 2018-19 where she shot an 85 at the Florida Challenge, according to her school bio. Imagine being able to hire a marketing grad already flaunting 37k followers. That right there is her marketing internship. One more year of stress-free college golf, then time to attack that Miami marketing agency world. The Marlins could use her help. Maybe the Dolphins too.
