Looking for ways to elevate itself from the competition, Wildwood Casino thinks it’s hit on a winner.
A study by the casino has determined that its gaming floor is the highest in the world at 9,593 feet above sea level.
Wildwood, which sits on a hill above the rest of the casinos in Cripple Creek, announced the findings earlier this week. Being a casino, it also promptly announced plans to host several prize giveaways in coming months in celebration of the record, including cash drawings for $9,593 on May 30, June 30 and July 30.
