VIDEO: Baker Mayfield Throws First NFL Touchdown Pass
I’m not saying you should put money on the Browns to win the Super Bowl, but rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield isn’t looking too bad in his first NFL action. He didn’t throw an interception on his first pass like a former Browns first-round pick recently did, and looked cool and collected as he lead the Browns on 14-play, seven-minute touchdown drive in the second quarter.

He’s flashed his running ability, hit a receiver with a back shoulder throw, and capped a drive with a touchdown pass to fellow rookie David Njoku (see above). He’s 4-11 with 70 yards and one touchdown through a half of play.

Rashard Higgins catching that aforementioned back shoulder pass:

Baker’s first throw… wasn’t a pick!
