Kevin Love Is Hanging Out With Some Old Friends Today

Are you a Cavs fan still mourning the losses of Kyrie Irving and LeBron James? Then this might not be the blog for you, because Kevin Love’s social media activity will stir up feelings aplenty. Honestly, tears are likely being shed all over The Land right now over this.

The $120 million man and Cavalier for life (maybe) took to Instagram Stories Thursday to drop a photo of him reuniting with Bron Bron at Team USA minicamp for a workout — and probably plan their man date to Nobu.

K-Love then shared a fun little video with Kyrie inside the team bus shortly after:

No. There was no group photo with both LeBron and Kyrie… it’s probably too soon for that after No. 2’s abrupt exit from the team.
Sidenote: If you’re curious about this Team USA minicamp, don’t be. ESPN’s Brian Windhorst reports there are nothing but practices and meetings going on in Vegas:

Q: What event is the team playing in this summer?
A: There is no event. This year was the normal rotation to have the World Championships staged, as the last one was held in 2014, in Spain. But the event has been rebranded as the World Cup of Basketball, and in an effort to give it more attention, it was pushed back a year so it wouldn’t be on the same four-year rotation as the soccer World Cup. The next World Cup of Basketball will be played in China from Aug. 31 to Sept. 15, 2019. The U.S. team isn’t even staging an exhibition game this summer, just three days of meetings and practice.
