In news ruthless ACC fans/Duke haters won’t mind, five-star recruit Zion Williamson injured his right thumb during the second half of tonight’s McDonald’s All-American game. The injury occurred around six-minute mark as Williamson went one-on-one against Nassir Little, who happens to be a commit of North Carolina:
