BBN Banners Returned With A Vengeance For The Sweet Sixteen

For some reason, I feel like the banner trend across college campuses has been slowly but surely dying off and I’m not happy about it. Maybe it’s just because football season ended and I’m misremembering last college basketball season, but I feel like the banner game from school to school was just on another level in 2017. Even before the tournament, I feel like just a random Saturday ACC  in February matchup generated some quality material.

Hopefully, in the fall that will turn back up because nothing gets the juices going for a big game like a little shit talk on an old bed sheet found in a frat house closet. Luckily, we have Kentucky that always comes through around tournament time with some good ones. Last year’s sweet sixteen performance before playing UCLA was nothing short of legendary.

You can tell BBN knows this their shot at another Final Four run. Only a 9-seed and either an 11 or 7 seed stands in the way of them and San Antonio. They know this and there’s hype in Lexington. All of the sudden banners as far as the eye can see are popping up around town aimed directly at Kansas State.
