New Look Cavs & LeBron (4-4 Since Trade) Go Roller Skating For Some Team Building

I miss the days when the boys would go out slam cold drafts, get some nacho appetizers for the table and maybe skirt chase a little bit as a form of team building. Now we get LeBron and the new look Cavs at a roller skating rink after taking a 9-point L to the Nuggets Saturday night in yet another stellar defensive performance. The Nuggets shot 55% from the field and a terrible 54% from 3-point range.
So what do the Cavs do on the off-day? They strap on and get in some skate action, according to Bron Bron’s IG Story that wouldn’t end. He seemed all-in on this event. And you have to give Bron credit here for even strapping on. Think of all the wear and tear on those knees.
The big takeaway from the team building exercise:
• JR Smith was there; he was not suspended from roller skating activities
• Jeff Green’s skates were on Jordans
• Bron finished off the day with wine…he’s still on that bandwagon
Look, this whole IG Story is about how Bron’s feeling. He’s clearly not sweating the 76ers or Celtics at this point. Clear head. Doesn’t mind the loses at this point because it’s all about getting to that April finish line. LeBron’s clearly not tired or he’d ax the skating.
Things will be fine.
