That open field tackle right there made by Jeff Teague on Ricky Rubio stirred up some NBA drama on a casual March Friday night. It’s usually right around this time every season where NBA players are really mailing it in knowing there’s still a good 2 months before playoff action starts. So if guys want to start hipchecking each other, I’m here for it.
Teague was ejected for that hit, Jae Crowder was ejected for mixing it up in the scuffle, and if Jimmy Butler wasn’t hurt you could probably bank that he would’ve found himself sent to the showers early as well. But seeing as he’s injured right now, he decided to come out of Twitter retirement to chime in on the whole ordeal.
I’m still trying to figure out what Teague was doing there, but Jimmy seemed to enjoy it.
haven’t used Twitter in years. But yeah Jeff that’s what I like to see. Rubio getting up quick for no reason.

I wouldn’t mind a playoff matchup between these two teams.
In related news, Karl-Anthony Towns was also ejected from this game
