Former Browns Center Alex Mack Is Selling His Humble Suburban Cleveland House

You know what we rarely come across on BC? Offensive lineman houses for sale. You know how the OL won’t say their names and schools on SNF and MNF? They don’t exactly let us know their houses are on the market, but BC digs deep and that led us to Alex Mack’s Westlake, Ohio house — the one he doesn’t need anymore since the Falcons signed him to a five-year, $45 million contract in 2016.
That means it’s time to unload his humble, former in-season house. It can be yours for $289,000. According to tax records, Alex dropped $226,000 on the place in 2010, a year after he was selected in the first round by the Browns. You know why I like this guy? He’s smart with his cash. Buy a place low, put some money into it, sell it off for a profit when you’re sitting on a HUGE contract with the Falcons.
From Mack’s realtor:

Move in & enjoy! Beautifully UPDATED kitchen & baths crafted with only the finest materials! Spacious living room & family room. Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances. Large master suite with an incredible master bath and a walk-in closet equipped with fine built-ins. Large lower level rec room. Covered patio on a nice lot. Located in an outstanding neighborhood!

Other highlights of Alex’s Cleveland pad he no longer needs:
• 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths over 2,600 sq. ft.
• Cool glass wall to give the split level a view from the kitchen to the family room!
• Can’t hurt that game room…looks ready for a man cave
• 18 miles to First Energy
• 5 miles to Whole Foods
Mortgage: You’re looking at just over $1,000 before suburban Cleveland taxes…you can live like a Pro Bowler…what a deal!
