Kyle Long Tweets About Weed, Gets Hit With “Random” Drug Test

It’s 2017 and the one drug the NFL and Roger Goodell loathe the most is still marijuana. It’s pretty f—king stupid, but hey, the commish is just trying to look out for the health of players and steer them away from “addictive” substances (while trainers pump dudes up with painkillers).

The Bears’ Kyle Long is one of the many people who see how dumb the NFL’s stance on weed is, and playfully touched the subject on Twitter:

I don't smoke weed it's dangerous and addictive from what I've been told by my superiors

Pot is a drug, and will kill you.

Prescription pills and alcohol are the solution right? 😂#moneyball 🤥

Of course tweeting about drugs is a surefire way to earn a not-so-random drug test — the NFL promptly followed through a few days later:

Come at me bro
