Cody Kessler Runs Out The Back Of The End Zone In His First NFL Game

Not a hot start for our boy Cody Kessler out of USC. First game in the NFL, the nerves are cranked up to a million, and he pulls a Dan Orlovsky by rolling out to the right and running directly out of the back of the endzone for a safety.

This is the time for him to make mistakes, though. Right now he’s the 4th QB on the Browns depth chart, so it’s good to go ahead and get this out of his system. By the time the regular season rolls around he needs to be ready to go because these are the Browns after all. There’s a good chance he could be thrown in there by week 6.
