Charles Barkley Says He Turned Down $3 Million To Tweet

Charles Barkley

Charles Barkley is firmly against social media. He’s come out time and time again against creating a personal Twitter account and against athletes in general for constantly using it. But his hate runs deeper than we could’ve ever thought. Chuck says he’s been offered up to $3 million dollars to start tweeting and still said no. 3 million!

He was on Dan Lebatard’s radio show Tuesday and explained.

That’s pretty unreal, and we know how much Barkley likes his money. As much as the whole world wants to see his in-the-moment thoughts on sports and other issues, that’s how much he truly despises it.

“I’ve had some knock-down, drag-outs with my employers about social media, and I’ve been offered as much as $3 million to do tweets. I said, ‘y’all can’t pay me enough to tweet.’ “
