Seriously, that last one is true — a Pats fan actually tried to blame the team’s AFC Title loss to the Broncos for his poor decision-making.

“I asked him again how much he had to drink. This time he laughed and said ‘are you a Tom Brady fan?’ He then said ‘come on man, I had at least four beers after they lost.'” Dellaria wrote in his report.
The report adds Drunk Pats Fan cursed out officers during the booking process. But on the plus side, it doesn’t look like he’ll be facing any jail time.
