Sammy Sosa Hits the Slopes in Aspen

Expectedly, Sammy Sosa didn’t perform well in this year’s Hall of Fame voting as he landed just seven percent of votes. The guy only blasted 609 home runs, won an MVP, and made seven All-Star teams in the MLB’s most exciting era, but hey, that’s just what it is. The only roiders the voters are down for are Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens (maybe).
But don’t feel too bad for Slammin’ Sammy. While everyone was getting pissy about three nerds who didn’t vote for Ken Griffey Jr., he was chilling in Aspen and taking pictures with fans:

Art basel, skiing, Arabian themed birthday parties — Slammin’ doesn’t need the Hall of Fame. His post-baseball life is grand enough as it is.
