David S. emailed this afternoon: “Not the best surveillance video but a gas station in my town was robbed last week by a guy in a Crimson Tide sweatshirt. And, he was barefoot. Seemed like something you would be interested in.”
BC readers get it. All these years later after starting from the bottom with BC and now I have guys sending me stuff like barefoot Bama fan robbing a gas station. This is when I know all those long nights in the old apartment working on a slow iMac while friends were out getting hammered were worth it. The struggle was legitimately real back in those days and now this stuff just pops into the email.
Thanks to all of you who send this stuff. I truly appreciate it.

“Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi is looking for help to solve an armed robbery in Tupelo. Tupelo Police say a man entered Murphy’s Gas Station on Main Street around 1:49 a.m. on December 27. He displayed a weapon and demanded money from the clerk. Investigators describe him as a black man, wearing black pants and a maroon University of Alabama pullover.”
