Meet Bryan Chao. He got drunk with his wife Wednesday at a Naples, Florida hotel. He got real drunk. At some point, these two thought it would be fun to pull a fire alarm at the pool. When you’re a Florida Man® you just do things like this.

According to the Naples Daily News, police arrived and asked Chao to get out of the pool. He refused numerous times. He eventually got out, but then, with slurred speech, asked police officers to repeatedly tickle him. Police did not comply but instead tried to handcuff him. The cuffs were apparently too small; however, the cops were eventually able to detain him and take him to jail.
Where do I start? Bry wanted tickled? It’s one thing to give the cops a hard time when getting arrested. It’s a whole new level to beg the cops to tickle you. That’s Everclear drunk. That’s so drunk that you’ll bang that Georgia chick whose boyfriend wouldn’t bang her.
