Once again, Clippers forward Matt Barnes is proving his “fiery” nature knows no bounds.
On the heels of a huge Game 6 victory against the Spurs Thursday night, Barnes didn’t celebrate for too long, as he got on Twitter and came across a critique of Blake Griffin from former Phoenix Sun Casey Jacobsen. The former German League Finals MVP was apparently not a fan of Griffin’s tentativeness taking shots:
With 5 seconds on shot clock, Blake HAS to take that shot. Even if he misses, he can't give it to Matt Barnes. #LACvsSAS

Suffice it to say, that got personal really fast. But to Jacobsen’s credit, he took it in stride with a fair opinion:
