…Game 5 of the Hawks-Nets series is tonight. I’m not kidding…Game 5. Let’s say this series goes seven. That would be played on Sunday. I see some of you already struggling and wearing down from these two-week series. One day you guys will learn to start watching the NBA around May 30.
ESPN is on the roof at the old Bill’s casino
It made me sad last night when I made the mistake of turning on ESPN for the Mayweather-Pacquiao special SportsCenter and I saw that Screamin’ A was on the roof of the old Bill’s casino. I haven’t been to Vegas since Bill’s was reopened as The Cromwell, a boutique casino/hotel that’s supposed to be a mini version of all the other fancy Vegas resorts. I miss the old places like Bill’s where you could puke in a trash can and play another hand of blackjack with a rancher within a couple minutes. Now you have a bunch of California jerkoffs who’ve invaded my old hangout…and Screamin’ A Smith.
