Mature Manziel Stays Sober At Cavs Game, Drives Home

 

 

Johnny Manziel definitely might be a 24/7 party animal , but that wasn’t the story Tuesday night at the Cavaliers game.
With supermodel Kate Upton and her baseball beau Justin Verlander randomly crashing the The Q, Johnny Football was allowed the rare opportunity to take a slight slight step back from the spotlight.
According to first-person accounts, Manziel was on his phone most of the night:


And perhaps most importantly, he stayed away from his old pal, the drink. He was spotted a week ago at a Cavs game working on a red cup like any other 21 year old at a basketball game.
Unfortunately for Johnny, that good behavior didn’t get him anywhere as the Browns decided to stick with Brian Hoyer for another week of clueless football. But still, this is a great showing for Manziel—went out in public and didn’t need an entourage to beat up some Hoyer fan.
The reward is soooo close, Johnny! You are one more Hoyer stinker away from forcing the Hollywood elite to Browns games.
