Red Sox Send Out Untimely Tweet During Ferguson Announcement




The Boston Red Sox are being all douchey again, throwing their wads of cash in the faces of the top free agent hitters on the market. So far, they have inked Hanley Ramirez and Pablo Sandoval to monster deals, with surely more moves to come.

The Sox took to Twitter to boast about how grand their Monday was in annoying fashion, posing the following question:

This probably would have been cool to tweet in the early afternoon—not right before one of the most important announcements of the year (Ferguson):

So yeah, some guy with the easiest job in the world is probably going to get his butt handed to him tomorrow.

This is the second New England-based Twitter blunder this month, with the Patriots thanking a racist account for their one million followers celebration.
