Collecting trading cards used to be pretty cool, then a combination of people in the business of flipping (ANNOYING) and companies pushing out way too many different types of cards ruined it. I mean, come on, how many limited numbered refractors need to be released?
But every now and then, you still come across something pretty unique, like this autographed Timmy Jernigan (drafted in 2nd round by the Ravens) Leaf Trinity rookie card. Check out the note, it’s like someone coerced him into writing something positive about his former Florida State teammate Jameis Winston:
Honestly, I can’t recall an autographed card with a shout-out on it.
