It has been a rough week for people who stitch names onto NBA jerseys.
On Monday, Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond had to swap out the jersey he started the game with in the second quarter because his surname was incorrectly spelled “Drummund.”
Now just two nights later, Atlanta Hawks forward Paul Millsap has also fallen victim to the dreaded typo, lacking a second “L”—which you can see above.
The Jazz, who the Hawks are playing tonight and are Millsap’s former team, had fun with the situation on Twitter:
Fortunately for Millsap, everything was sorted out rather quickly.
