Everyone knows that Alabama is going to blow the doors off of West Virginia tomorrow. Nick Saban is on a two game slide and has spent the whole summer in a West Virginian cave game planning in whatever primordial soup he gestated in. Despite staying to his usual understated script and being coy with his quarterback situation, everyone knows Saban is going to keep the peddle on the gas in the fourth quarter.
No one knows that better than Tide fans as their predictable hubris is already in mid-season form. My dude Joe Humphries has been spamming ESPN personalities and former Bammers with pics of super sweet ride. dynAsty
I totally hate to nitpick Bama fans, but Joe credits this stereotypical inspirational quotes anyone could have pulled from @SportsQuotes to Saban. “If you ever dream of beating me, you better wake up and apologize,” would be from Muhammad Ali.
“This is not the end, this is the beginning,” is from Winston Churchill. Do kids even know who Winston Churchill is these days?
It took me two seconds to fact check Alabama’s dicey claim of “15 undisputed championships” as they are absolutely disputed. Try googling the “1973 Sugar Bowl.”
