BC reader @maholmes3 is in Anaheim for the Wisconsin-Baylor and Arizona-San Diego State games. He noticed something very odd about the Honda Center – lots of tape over the drink holders.
Why?
“(The) @NCAA taped over all gambling and liquor advertisements at every seat at Honda Center,” Michael reports.
So I told him to rip off the tape and let me see what’s going on.

You know, because casinos and booze ads take away from the amateurism of college sports. Look at the top photo. That’s a bunch of tape. The place holds 18,336.
