It wasn’t that long ago that Jameis Winston was busy leading Florida State’s football team to the BCS title in Pasadena. Six weeks later, Jaboo is in full-on baseball mode, taking his hacks in the batting cage and saving games for the Seminoles.
Watch the video above and listen to the sound of the ball coming off his bat. The dude can rake.
By now, you should realize that anything Jameis Winston does, he does with flair. His walk-out music for the Florida State baseball team is the theme from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, because of course it is. Winston recorded a six-out save in Florida State’s 4-1 win over Niagara on Saturday.

However, football still calls to Winston. On Monday, he and teammate Nate Andrews were the only two Seminoles selected to the All-ACC Academic Team.
Winston will also be in Fort Worth, Tex. on Monday night to receive the Danny O’Brien Award as the nation’s best quarterback. The Seminoles baseball team plays at Jacksonville on Tuesdday.
